Sheep Milk Cream Facial Mask
The richest version of the book's recurring honey-yogurt-milk mask, appropriate for genuinely extreme facial dryness where even the Cashew Milk version (Section 9, Recipe 91) doesn't provide enough restoration.
By Aunesty Janssen · The Big Book of Milk & Garden Beauty: 156 Natural Recipes for Skin & Hair Using Alternative Milks & Everyday Pantry Ingredients

- Phase A (Active Liquid)
- 2 tbsp (30 mL / 30g) Liquid Sheep Milk

- 1 tsp (5g) Plain Whole Yogurt
Method & application
- Measure liquid sheep milk and raw honey into a small ceramic bowl. Whisk until honey is dissolved.

- APPLICATION
- Apply an even layer over face and neck using a soft mask brush.
- Rest for 15–20 minutes, then rinse off thoroughly with warm water.
Kitchen note
This mask, more than most others in the book, benefits from being followed immediately with a moisturizer rather than left to air-dry alone, lock in the restored barrier while it's freshly rebuilt.
