Sheep Milk Body Scrub
The combination of sheep milk's high triglyceride content and olive oil leaves such a substantial protective moisture barrier that this is one of the only scrubs in the book explicitly noted as not requiring a follow-up lotion, a genuine time-saver for anyone with rough, dry skin and a busy routine.

Kitchen note
This is one of the few scrubs in the book where skipping the post-shower lotion is a legitimate choice, not a shortcut, the residual oil layer is genuinely substantial enough to serve that function.
