Rose & Rice Milk Illuminating Toner
Rice milk's starch leaves a subtle, light-reflecting silky film that creates a genuine luminous appearance on skin, which combined with rosewater's calming reputation makes this toner a good pick specifically for dull or sensitive skin that wants a visible glow without any active resurfacing ingredients.
