Rice Milk & Honey Lip Scrub
Rice flour's very fine particle size softens sugar's sharper edges just enough to make this scrub safe for lip mucosa specifically, which is thinner and more delicate than body or hand skin, a genuine dual-texture exfoliation that a plain sugar scrub wouldn't be as gentle delivering.

Do this scrub right before bed and follow immediately with a rich lip balm (like the Camel Milk or Coconut Milk versions) so the balm works overnight on freshly buffed skin.
