Potato & Soy Milk De-Puffing Eye Pads
This pairs potato's catecholase enzyme activity for dark circle reduction with soy's isoflavones for firming delicate under-eye tissue, a genuine two-active combination that goes beyond the simple cold-compress effect of the pads themselves, distinct from the single-milk Potato Milk De-Puffing Eye Gel (Section 10, Recipe 98).

Kitchen note
Prep both milks cold from the refrigerator rather than chilling them after mixing, starting cold means the pads deliver maximum cooling benefit immediately upon application.
