Oat Milk & Honey Scalp Soother
Oat milk's beta-glucans genuinely penetrate the upper scalp layers to calm chronic itching, and combining that with honey's humectant, mildly antibacterial properties and aloe's cooling gel gives this the gentlest, simplest scalp treatment in the entire book, three ingredients, no oils, no essential oils, appropriate for the most reactive scalps.

Kitchen note
This is the safest starting point for scalp treatments in this book given how few ingredients it contains, if you react to this, the culprit is likely narrowed to just three possibilities rather than the more complex hemp, soy, or rosemary tonics elsewhere.
