Oat Milk Colloidal Bath Soak
“Colloidal” is the operative word here: oats ground fine enough stay suspended in water rather than sinking or dissolving, forming a soft, silky film across the skin's surface that both physically soothes irritation and delivers beta-glucans directly to compromised skin.

- Swirl water with hands until milk powder dissolves into a silky milky bath. Soak for 20 minutes.
Kitchen note
A spice grinder gets oats finer than a standard blender, if your bath water still shows visible oat specks after swirling, that's your sign to invest in a dedicated spice grinder for this recipe.
