Oat Milk Body Lotion
This is the section's true everyday body lotion, built for broad tolerance across all skin types rather than targeting a specific condition, which is why it appears without a strong active ingredient beyond the oat milk base itself.

Ingredients
- Phase A (Aqueous Phase)
- ½ cup (120 mL / 120g) Liquid Oat Milk
- Phase B (Lipid Phase)
- ¼ cup (60 mL / 55g) Unrefined Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp (15 mL / 14g) Sweet Almond Oil
Method & application
- Warm coconut oil and sweet almond oil in a double boiler until a clear liquid forms.
- Bring liquid oat milk to room temperature.
- Pour oat milk slowly into the melted oil phase while blending continuously with an immersion hand blender on low speed.
- Blend for 2–3 minutes until a light, milky lotion forms.
- Decant into a sanitized lotion bottle and cool before capping.
- APPLICATION
- Smooth over arms, legs, and body after showering to lock in moisture.
Kitchen note
Blend on low speed, not high, high-speed blending incorporates more air, which can make this lighter lotion feel thin and less substantial than intended.
