Macadamia Milk Intensive Body Lotion
Macadamia's omega-7 content gives this body lotion an unusually silky, fast-absorbing finish for its richness level, making it a good option for aging or parched body skin that still wants a lighter after-feel than the coconut- or shea-heavy formulas elsewhere in the book.

Ingredients
- Phase A (Aqueous Phase)
- ½ cup (120 mL / 120g) Unsweetened Macadamia Milk
- Phase B (Lipid Phase)
- ¼ cup (60 mL / 55g) Unrefined Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp (15 mL / 14g) Macadamia Nut Oil
Method & application
- Melt coconut oil in a double boiler over gentle heat (approximately 40°C); stir in macadamia nut oil and remove from heat.
- Bring macadamia milk to room temperature.
- Pour macadamia milk slowly into the melted oils while blending continuously with an immersion blender on high speed for 2–3 minutes until a silky white lotion forms.
- Transfer into a clean glass pump bottle and cool completely.
- APPLICATION
- Apply liberally across arms, legs, and torso immediately after showering while skin is slightly damp.
Kitchen note
Room-temperature milk is non-negotiable here, more so than in some of the book's other lotions, macadamia and coconut oil's combined melting behavior is particularly sensitive to a cold water phase.
