By Aunesty Janssen · The Arrogant Hippie Culinary Journal: Coconut Milk Edition
Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen Wild Blueberries
- 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1 cup Light Coconut Milk (carton-style)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 cup Ice

- Combine the frozen blueberries, strawberries, and coconut milk in a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Add the honey and ice and blend again until thick and frosty.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Kitchen note
Light, carton-style coconut milk keeps this smoothie drinkable rather than heavy — save the full-fat canned version for recipes where you actually want that dense, rich body.
