Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Camel Milk
- 1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped

- 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Method
- Whisk the camel milk and Greek yogurt together in a bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the dill, chives, and minced garlic.
- Add the lemon juice and whisk to combine.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the herb flavors bloom fully.
Kitchen note
For a thinner pourable dressing rather than a dip-style consistency, simply add camel milk one tablespoon at a time until it reaches the texture you want.
