Hemp Milk Scalp Treatment
Hemp milk's essential fatty acid balance is genuinely anti-inflammatory, making this a well-targeted treatment for seborrheic or itchy scalp conditions rather than simple dryness.

Ingredients
- Phase A (Aqueous Phase)
- ½ cup (120 mL / 120g) Unsweetened Hemp Milk (Cannabis sativa)
- ½ cup (120 mL) Distilled Water
- Phase B (Active Essential Oil)
- 5 drops Pure Rosemary Essential Oil (Rosmarinus officinalis)
Method & application
- Combine hemp milk and distilled water in a glass measuring vessel.
- Add rosemary essential oil and whisk vigorously to disperse oil droplets.
- Decant into a bottle equipped with a nozzle applicator.
- APPLICATION
- Apply directly onto scalp line by line.
- Massage with finger pads for 3–5 minutes. Leave on for 15 minutes before rinsing out during regular hair washing routine.
Kitchen note
Apply with the nozzle directly at the scalp, parting hair section by section, rather than pouring over the crown, this targets the treatment where it's needed rather than diluting it across hair lengths that don't need it.
