Ingredients
- Phase A (Soap Base)
- ½ cup (115g) Melt-and-Pour Soap Base
- Phase B (Exfoliant / Actives)
- ½ cup (100g) Granulated White Sugar
- 2 tbsp (15g) Goat Milk Powder
- 2 tbsp (30 mL / 28g) Sweet Almond Oil
Method & application
- Melt soap base in a double boiler until liquid.
- Remove heat source. Stir sweet almond oil and goat milk powder into the melted soap.
- Allow temperature to drop slightly (approximately 45–50°C), then fold in granulated sugar quickly before soap hardens.
- Press firm mixture into silicone square molds immediately.
- Cool for 1 hour, then pop out individual scrub cubes.
- APPLICATION
- Take one scrub bar into shower. Rub over wet skin to exfoliate and lather simultaneously. Rinse thoroughly.
Kitchen note
Work quickly once the sugar goes in, you have a narrow window before the soap base firms up, so have your molds out, ready, and within arm's reach before you start folding in the sugar.
