Goat Milk & Oat Exfoliating Scrub
This scrub layers physical exfoliation (ground oats) on top of chemical exfoliation (goat milk's natural lactic acid), which is a more thorough approach to rough, thickened skin like elbows and heels than either method alone.

- 2 tbsp (30 mL / 27g) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method & application
- Measure finely ground oats into a glass bowl.
- Add raw honey and olive oil, stirring to coat the oat grains.
- Pour in liquid goat milk and mix thoroughly until a thick, scrub-like paste is formed.
- APPLICATION
- Stand in shower or tub. Scoop scrub onto damp skin.
- Rub gently in circular upward motions over rough areas for 2–3 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat skin dry.
Kitchen note
Make this scrub in the bathroom right before stepping into the shower rather than in the kitchen ahead of time, the oats begin absorbing the liquid and thickening within minutes, so freshness noticeably improves texture.
