Goat Milk Lactic Acid Toner
This is the most concentrated lactic-acid delivery in the book, undiluted-strength goat milk cut only with water and a touch of witch hazel, at a pH low enough (4.2–4.7) to be genuinely exfoliating rather than merely toning.

- Combine distilled water and witch hazel in a sanitized glass measuring beaker.
- Whisk in liquid goat milk until fully blended.
- Transfer into a dark glass amber bottle.
- APPLICATION
- Moisten a cotton round pad with toner.
- Sweep gently over clean face and neck, avoiding direct contact with eyes. Use 2–3 nights per week to encourage cell turnover via natural lactic acid.

Introduce this toner slowly: start at once weekly for the first two weeks, then increase to the full 2–3 nights per week only once your skin has shown no signs of sensitivity.
