Goat Milk Body Wash
This wash sits at a gentler pH (6.0–6.5) than the soap bar in Recipe 13, positioning it for daily use across broader skin sensitivity ranges.

Ingredients
- Phase A (Aqueous Phase)
- ½ cup (120 mL / 120g) Liquid Goat Milk
- Phase B (Cleanser / Surfactant)
- ¼ cup (60 mL / 60g) Unscented Liquid Castile Soap
- Phase C (Humectants & Antioxidant)
- 1 tbsp (15 mL / 21g) Raw Honey
- 1 tsp (5 mL / 4.5g) Vitamin E Oil
Method & application
- Add goat milk and raw honey to a glass vessel; whisk gently until honey completely dissolves.
- Stir in Vitamin E oil.
- Slowly pour in castile soap, stirring very gently with a spoon to prevent foam formation.
- Pour wash into a sanitized squirt bottle or body wash dispenser.
- APPLICATION
- Apply to a damp sponge, pouf, or washcloth. Gently wash body and rinse thoroughly under shower water.
Kitchen note
Stir, don't whisk. A spoon and a slow hand at the castile-soap step is the single biggest factor in getting a clean pour rather than a bottle full of soap foam.
