Gentle Goat Milk Lotion
This is the section's true daily-driver, dual-use lotion, light enough for the face, versatile enough for the body, and formulated at a pH close to skin's own acid mantle (5.0–5.5) for everyday tolerance.

Ingredients
- Phase A (Aqueous Phase)
- ½ cup (120 mL / 120g) Liquid Goat Milk
- Phase B (Lipid Phase)
- ¼ cup (60 mL / 55g) Melted Coconut Oil
- Phase C (Antioxidant)
- 1 tbsp (15 mL / 13.5g) Vitamin E Oil
Method & application
- Melt coconut oil in a glass container over a warm water bath.
- Allow goat milk to come to room temperature.
- Drizzle coconut oil slowly into goat milk while blending with an immersion blender on low speed.
- Add Vitamin E oil and continue blending for 2 minutes until a creamy white liquid emulsion forms.
- Decant into a sanitized lotion bottle.
- APPLICATION
- Apply 1–2 pumps onto skin daily. Smooth in until absorbed.
Kitchen note
Use an immersion blender, not a whisk, for this one specifically, the high-shear blending is what creates a stable enough emulsion to last the full 7–10 day refrigerated window; hand-whisking tends to break down faster.
