Cucumber & Goat Milk Cooling Soother
Cucumber is over 95% water and carries a genuine cooling, anti-inflammatory reputation, and pairing it here with goat milk's mild lactic acid and aloe's soothing gel gives this soother a three-layer calming action, chilled specifically to trigger topical vasoconstriction that visibly reduces flushing.

Ingredients
- Phase A (Aqueous & Botanical Phase)
- ¼ cup (60 mL / 60g) Liquid Goat Milk
- ¼ cup (60 mL) Freshly Pressed Cucumber Juice (Cucumis sativus)
- Phase B (Soothing Hydro-Gel Phase)
- 2 tbsp (30 mL / 30g) Pure Aloe Vera Gel
Method & application
- Grate fresh unpeeled cucumber and squeeze through cheesecloth to extract pure cucumber juice.
- Combine cucumber juice and goat milk in a glass beaker.
- Whisk in aloe vera gel until fully integrated into a fluid, cooling gel mixture.
- Transfer into a dark glass spray or dropper bottle and store in the refrigerator.
- APPLICATION
- Apply gently or spray over sun-exposed, flushed, or irritated skin. Allow to absorb naturally without rubbing.
Kitchen note
Press cheesecloth firmly when extracting cucumber juice, a half-hearted squeeze leaves too much pulp behind and yields less usable juice than the recipe needs.
