Coconut Milk Whipped Body Cream
Unlike the anhydrous Body Butter (Recipe 51), this is a true water-in-oil emulsion, giving it a lighter, more spreadable, faster-absorbing texture appropriate for daily use rather than occasional intensive treatment.

- ½ cup (120 mL / 120g) Full-Fat Coconut Milk

- 1 tbsp (15 mL / 14g) Sweet Almond Oil
Method & application

- Bring coconut milk to room temperature.
- Drizzle the oil mixture slowly into coconut milk while whipping with an immersion hand blender on high speed for 3 minutes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, then whip again for 2 minutes until a creamy white cream forms.
- Decant into sanitized jars.
- APPLICATION
- Scoop cream and massage across body daily after bathing.
Kitchen note
Use an immersion blender for both whip stages, not a hand whisk, this cream needs real mechanical aeration to hit its signature light texture.
