Chamomile & Camel Milk Facial Steam
This is the larger, more elaborate cousin of the Camel Milk Facial Steam Blend (Section 1, Recipe 11), adding calendula's traditional soothing reputation alongside chamomile for a stronger anti-inflammatory steam suited specifically to stress-exposed, not just congested, skin.

Method & application
- Combine camel milk powder, dried chamomile, and dried calendula in a large heatproof ceramic bowl.
- Pour 4 cups of freshly boiled water directly over the botanical mix.

- APPLICATION
- Drape a clean towel over head to create a tent 8–10 inches above the bowl. Steam face for 5–8 minutes with closed eyes. Follow with a cool water rinse.
Kitchen note
This larger 4-cup batch makes enough steam liquid to strain and repurpose as a facial rinse afterward, don't discard the leftover liquid without considering a second use.
