Camel Milk & Mint Refreshing Foot Cream
Camel milk's protective proteins pair with peppermint's genuinely cooling, refreshing sensation for a foot cream aimed at feet that are both dry and simply tired or overheated from a long day, distinct from formulas that target only dryness or only fatigue in isolation.

Ingredients
- Phase A (Aqueous Phase)
- 2 tbsp (30 mL / 30g) Liquid Camel Milk
- Phase B (Butter Phase)
- 2 tbsp (30g) Raw Shea Butter
- 1 tbsp (15 mL / 14g) Melted Coconut Oil
- Phase C (Aromatic)
- 5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil (Mentha piperita)
Method & application
- Melt shea butter and coconut oil in a double boiler over low heat; stir in peppermint essential oil.
- Warm liquid camel milk to room temperature.
- Pour camel milk into the melted fat phase while whipping continuously with an immersion hand blender until a thick, cooling cream forms.
- Spoon into a sanitized glass jar.
- APPLICATION
- Massage liberally over clean feet, heels, and soles before bed. Slip on cotton socks overnight for deep moisture absorption.
Kitchen note
The overnight sock method genuinely improves results here, the enclosed warmth helps the cream penetrate cracked heel tissue far more effectively than a quick daytime application would.
