Camel Milk & Honey Cleanser
This is a true milk cleanse in the historic sense, the fat and protein in camel milk lift surface debris and light makeup the way an oil cleanser would, while castile soap (a true soap, not a detergent surfactant) provides just enough cleansing action to rinse cleanly without stripping the skin's lipid barrier.

Ingredients
- Phase A (Aqueous / Cleansing)
- ¼ cup (60 mL / 60g) Liquid Camel Milk
- 1 tsp (5 mL / 5g) Liquid Castile Soap (unscented)
- Phase B (Humectant)
- 2 tbsp (30 mL / 42g) Raw Honey
Method & application
- Measure the liquid camel milk and raw honey into a clean glass vessel.
- Stir gently until the honey completely dissolves into the milk.
- Slow-pour the liquid castile soap into the mixture.
- Whisk very slowly to integrate without generating excess foam.
- Transfer into a sanitized pump dispenser or dark amber glass bottle.
- APPLICATION
- Dispense 1–2 pumps onto damp hands.
- Gently massage onto damp face in circular motions for 60 seconds.
- Rinse completely with lukewarm water and pat dry with a clean towel.
Kitchen note
Warm the camel milk slightly (body temperature, not hot) before mixing, it dissolves the honey faster and the cleanser feels noticeably more pleasant applied to the face than a straight-from-the-fridge version.
