Camel Milk Facial Steam Blend
Steam opens and softens the material inside pores, making the skin far more receptive to whatever mask or serum follows, this is why the steam blend is positioned as a preparatory step rather than a standalone treatment.

Ingredients
- Phase A (Botanical & Dry Milk Matrix)
- 1 tbsp (8g) Whole Camel Milk Powder
- 1 tbsp (3g) Dried Chamomile Flowers (Matricaria chamomilla)
- 1 tbsp (3g) Dried Lavender Buds (Lavandula angustifolia)
- Phase B (Water Carrier)
- 3 cups (720 mL) Boiled Water
Method & application
- In a large heatproof glass or ceramic bowl, combine camel milk powder, dried chamomile, and dried lavender.
- Pour 3 cups of freshly boiled water directly over the dry botanical mixture.
- Stir briefly to dissolve milk powder and release herbal essential oils.
- APPLICATION
- Lean over the steam bowl at a safe distance of 8–10 inches (to prevent heat burns).
- Cover head with a clean towel to trap steam.
- Steam for 5 to 7 minutes. Close eyes and breathe deeply. Follow with a cool water rinse and toner.
Kitchen note
Strain the used steam liquid through a fine mesh sieve once cooled and save it as a one-time-use facial rinse or hair rinse rather than pouring it out, nothing in this formula is wasted if you plan the session around both uses.
