Almond Milk Overnight Mask
A close relative of the Oat Milk Overnight Mask (Section 3, Recipe 36), formulated here with almond milk's vitamin E leading instead of oat's beta-glucans, the better overnight choice specifically for tired or aging skin looking for antioxidant support rather than pure calming.
