Almond Milk Daily Moisturizer
This is the section's everyday face cream, built at a small enough batch size to justify frequent remaking rather than long storage.

Ingredients
- Phase A (Aqueous Phase)
- 2 tbsp (30 mL / 30g) Fresh Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Phase B (Lipid Phase)
- 1 tbsp (15 mL / 14g) Sweet Almond Oil (Prunus dulcis)
- 1 tsp (4g) Beeswax Pellets
Method & application
- Combine sweet almond oil and beeswax pellets in a heatproof beaker over a double boiler until wax melts (approximately 65°C).
- Warm fresh almond milk to matching temperature (approximately 65°C) in a separate beaker.
- Pour almond milk slowly into the melted oil phase while whisking rapidly with a mini hand blender.
- Continue whisking continuously as the emulsion cools into a smooth cream.
- Spoon into a sanitized glass jar.
- APPLICATION
- Smooth a pea-sized amount over clean face and neck every morning. Follow with sun protection.
Kitchen note
Match both phases to the same temperature before combining, just as with the Camel Milk Overnight Moisturizer, this is the most reliable predictor of a smooth, non-breaking cream in any home emulsion.
