Current sales status
Physical-product sales and paid membership enrollment are not currently open. Because no qualifying orders or paid memberships are being accepted through this site at this time, there is no active cancellation workflow.
When physical-product sales open
Any product-specific cancellation window, fulfillment cutoff, or non-cancellable item category will be disclosed before payment is accepted. Perishable, refrigerated, frozen, custom, or immediately fulfilled items may have limited or no cancellation window once processing begins.
When membership enrollment opens
The Culinary Library is planned as an annual membership. Renewal timing, cancellation controls, effective cancellation date, and any refund terms will be disclosed before enrollment and payment.
